Committing to training is a big part of making it happen and keeping it up. Here’s a simple tool to add your training to your calendar. You can easily move, add or delete in your calendar, as needed.
Instructions: Select your calendar type, choose your preferred days for each week’s sessions, and set a start time for the 1-hour sessions. Google Calendar will open a new link for each session, while iCal and Outlook will provide a downloadable file. On a Mac, select File/Import to add the .ics file. In Outlook select File/Open & Export/Import/Export.
