Athletica is an AI-driven adaptive training platform for endurance athletes. It generates personalised training plans based on your physiology, goals, and fitness data.
The training recommendations provided by the Platform are for informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified coach, sports scientist, or medical professional. Always consult a doctor before starting a new training programme, particularly if you have an existing medical condition. We make reasonable efforts to keep the Platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or temporarily suspend the Platform at any time.
Access to Athletica requires a paid subscription. Current pricing is shown on our website. You can subscribe on a monthly, semi-annual, or annual basis. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at support@athletica.ai within 14 days of the transaction.
New users get a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you will be prompted to enter payment details and choose a subscription plan to continue using the Platform. If you do not subscribe, your access to paid features will stop, but your account and data will be retained for a period in case you decide to return.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Platform until then.
You own the training data and other content you upload to the Platform. By using Athletica, you grant us a licence to use that data to provide and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring that anything you upload does not infringe third-party rights and complies with applicable laws. Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at athletica.ai/privacy-policy.
You agree not to: use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure; upload malicious code or anything that could disrupt the Platform; scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform content without our written consent; or misrepresent your identity or provide false information. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach any of these rules.
All content, software, and technology underlying the Platform is owned by or licensed to Athletica Inc. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
Athletica integrates with third-party services including Garmin Connect, Strava, and others. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the conduct of third-party services or the accuracy of data they provide.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, about the suitability, accuracy, or completeness of the training recommendations or any other content on the Platform. Training involves physical exertion. Use the Platform at your own risk. Athletica is not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse health outcome arising from following training recommendations generated by the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Athletica's liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of profit, or personal injury, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware, unless local consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
